Mobile Moodle to Support Graduate Students Self-Regulated Learning: An Ex-Post Facto Study

The use of a mobile learning management system (LMS) has engendered pros and cons concerning the effects on influencing students’ self-regulated (SRL). A large number research studies mobile-LMS have been done in past decades. Studies also demonstrated that LMS can facilitate users as it be conveniently accessed anywhere with their phones. However, those not comprehensively discussed results students' development. Hence, this aims to investigate systems, specifically Moodle, support learning. An ex-post-facto study was used gather respondents' data after they experienced Moodle relationship SRL respondents were 15 students from English Education Master Program, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Further, questionnaires interviews analyze data. showed most graduate facilitated by develop result features, namely, upcoming events, messages, chats, positively related construction. participants highlighted easiness using reminder notification features since some cannot receive directly Thus, developer should improve maximize its benefit SRL.
